Hi, I have a paperbell account which includes embedded calendar functionality. When I use the html block on my page I can toggle from html/preview and see it working correctly but when I then try to preview it in a new tab it doesn’t work. please help!

The JavaScript code you use for that embed cannot be used on the WordPress.com platform. This is for the sake of security since scripting codes have the potential to add unknown or malicious content to websites on our platform.
To use this code, you’ll want to consider upgrading to the WordPress.com Business plan and installing a plugin. This process will reconfigure your site in a different environment on our platform, allowing your site to accept this code and/or give you access to other plugins.

Hi @femalegazing just a quick question.
Does paperbell offer you a landing page on their site like https://paperbell.com/support/knowledge-base/paperbell-client-experience/ where your clients can schedule a booking? If so, you could create a CTA link to it on your own website.
This obviously isn’t as convenient or direct as a scheduling embed on your own site, but it might be a workaround if you can’t upgrade at this time.
