Paragraph Spacing
-
I can’t get a double space between paragraphs. I’m not copying from another source but writing original material. Looked the topic up and found a reference to insert

. That didn’t work. Suggestions?

We need a link to your blog, please, or link your name to your blog following these instructions:

There are 54 posts with your link, Raincoaster. I’m not sure what you want.

The instructions for linking your user name to your blog are in that link. It’s much easier on volunteers in the forum if you do so.

Yes, that’s what I meant. It saves so much time when we can just SEE the blog. Just follow the instructions in the first post; the rest are just comments.
I, also, see double spaces between the paragraphs on that blog. Did you want MORE space than that, or have you fixed the problem? Virtually all themes do that automatically. You’re not composing it in Word and pasting in from there, are you? Just typing straight into the Post box?

You are assuming that I know what you’re talking about. I did go to dashboard and found nothing there about showing a link to “users.”
-
“Users” is a button on the far right-hand side of the Dashboard page. Click on it. Then click on “Your Profile” over towards the left. On that page, scroll down and you’ll see a slot for “Website” and that’s where you paste in the blog URL. Be sure to put the whole thing, including http.

Yes, I am I am “straight typing into the post”. I’d be happy to let you into my blog to see what I’m doing, but I don’t know how to do this. I’m a retired old fart.

I give up. Maybe I can find something to insert between paragraphs to achieve the same result. Tomorrow.

OK, so you have your blog linked. And both of us said we saw a space between paragraphs on your post. So I don’t know what else to tell you. What browser are you using? I checked in both Firefox 3.0.3 and IE7 and see the space between paragraphs. If you are using IE6, you will need to upgrade your browser.

Hi Vivian! By the way, the problem with these codes is that the behavior keeps changing: the p-align thing mentioned by cocomorgan in his original post dosn’t work now but used to, and the contrary for the one of the alternatives I suggested above…
