Paragraph spacing no longer works
-
For some reason I am no longer able to get spaces between my paragraphs on my blog. It has only happened in my latest post (since the version has been upgraded?)
I’ve tried using both visual and text variations of creating / updating the post but it doesn’t change. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Blog editors and word processors are not the same and do not work the same way. The web standard is one blank line only, so you cannot add more blank lines by pressing return repeatedly like you would do with a typewriter or in a word processing application. If you want to learn how to format and space your posts and pages see:

See also: http://en.support.wordpress.com/advanced-html/P.S. When you create a new post, always make sure the Format tool is set to Paragraph before you start typing. It’s in the Visual editor Row 2 first position “style”. See the illustration here http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#row-2 If you forget to do that then edit the post, highlight all in the Visual editor, select Paragraph from the Format tool, switch editor to Text then switch back to Visual and click Update.

Hello Timethief and thank you for the info
I checked and definitely have “paragraph” showing in the style line. However, I wasn’t using shift and enter to create the paragraphs. I’ve never done this before and it always worked, however good to know for the future! -

By the way, today it worked just fine again without using “shift” and enter. Just 2 x enter created the space without any problem. Strange. However, if it ever happens again I know what to try!
