Paragraphing Posting Paradox
-
Why is it that sometimes my posts are published with the paragraphing I enter and other times, the lines run altogether and I can’t seem to separate them? And, what do I do to separate paragraphs when the latter is the case?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you pasting text in from external sources like Word, the web, etc? Are you using a posting client? Can you give us a link, starting with http, to a post where this is happening?
-
Yes, it must be when I’m pasting text in that it happens and doesn’t hold the format even when I use the Word clipboard to do so. Here’s a link and thank you! http://emptynestdiary.wordpress.com/2009/10/13/baby-blue/

Do NOT use the Word clipboard. Word is your problem. Use the Paste from Word function in the Advanced Toolbar if you must absolutely MUST post from Word. Otherwise, always post from something in plain text like notepad.

Raincoaster, what if I’m cut and pasting from another WP blog? What’s the best way to keep formatting? Most often I am cut and pasting from a Word document.

Pasting from another blog – even a WP blog is no guarantee of not messing things up.
Get an offline blog client such as Windows Live Writer or Ecto or something like that, or use the WP editor in your dashboard.
