Paragraphs suddenly started disappearing

    Hi,

I have a wordpress-blog I’m working on for my band (http://sordidaffair.wordpress.com), which I’ve paid for to add custom CSS. It all worked very well until today, when it seems I can no longer make “proper paragraphs”. I use the theme Benevolence, which is automatically set so that when I press “enter” to create a new line, it turns out as a bigger space between the lines than if I just keep writing until it becomes a new line of it own. Now, in my blog I want to put in the lyrics for the band’s songs, and therefore wants to make “proper paragraphs” between verses and the chorus etc. In plain text: I wish to skip an entire line (leaving it blank), then start writing again. This has never been a problem before, but today it seems it won’t work at all. I can’t press enter twice to skip a line – when I publish the page or switch to the html-view in the post editor, the blank line simply disappear.

The blank lines in the old pages/posts in the blog (that I edited and published some days ago) still look as they should, but if I wish to edit them the blank lines are simply gone, leaving me with a long rant of text instead of nicely separated verses and choruses. An example of the “old” pages can be found here: http://sordidaffair.wordpress.com/lyrics/going-under/. It now ends up looking like this: http://sordidaffair.wordpress.com/lyrics/machine-of-my-family/

I don’t think the problem is because of my custom CSS, because I tried to remove all my CSS (leaving it as it is when you haven’t paid the CSS upgrade), but the problem was still there. It actually seems the problem is now in my other blog (http://lostinaspotlessmind.wordpress.com) as well, and I have no idea what is causing it. Can anyone of you guys help me? Pretty please?
