Parallax Effect with custom overlay

    I am creating a website with a parallax effect on the homepage. The effect works great, but I wanted to put a cloud png banner just under so that it looks like the picture is going into the cloud. I am having issues because the image will not stretch to the full width and there is padding all around the image. I am using the WPbakery editor.
