Parallax Scroll in Ovation theme

  Hi, in the Ovation theme, I can’t seem to figure out how to set up the Parallax Scroll to the featured images. In the demo of Ovation it shows working, however when I try, it’s just a regular featured image without the scroll. Could you please help? Thanks
