Parallax stopped working on my Twenty-Seventeen Theme

  Hi all,
  I stepped away from my side project for a few months. Now when I go on my site, the parallax scroll no longer works correctly. When I click the menu button, the scroll stops at the image above the header–it no longer scrolls/directs to the title/header of the page.

  Also the menu disappears, it isn’t sticky anymore.

  And when I click a button or a drop down menu link the whole site refreshes and I have to start over from the menu page.

  I have a Mac and I use Google Chrome. I tested my site using Safari on my Mac and it doesn’t work there either. However, my site works on my iPhone.

  Help would be greatly appreciated!

  I’m a WP beginner and I haven’t got a clue where to look to fix this…

  Hi macmanx.
  Thank you for your response. I was able to resolve the problem. I’m a rookie at WP so it took me a moment to resolve the problem. I cleared my cache with helped fix the sticky menu, and I updated my Scroll to page id plugin.
  Worked like a charm.
