  This is for https://zillanovikov.ca/, which I’m making for a friend.

  I use the exact same theme on my own page, and it worked fine. It’s not working here. What am I doing wrong?

  To create that scrolling effect, you must assign a page as your site’s static homepage and then configure the various panels. For detailed instructions, you can read the Front Page section on the theme’s overview page:
