Parameters to customize Youtube Videos

  Hi there,
  i tried to customize an embedded Youtube Video in my blog.
  Apparently some parameters do not work on wordpress.com, for example:
  &modestbranding=1
  &theme=light

  Are there any plans to integrate these functions? That would be great!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
