Parent and child menus

  I have created a parent menu and placed 7 child menus (pages) under the parent but only 6 child menu headings show when I hover over the dropdown. Does anyone know why?

  What’s the site address? Secondly, is it a custom menu, one that you can add items to at Customize > Menus?
