Parent Categories and Child Categories get mixed up

  Hi,

  I made parent categories and child categories, and they looked that way (child categories get indented under its parent categories) in Dashboard.
  However, they get mixed all up and even in different order from Dashboard. I would like to show the categories neat and organized as I see in my Dashboard. Please help!
