Parent category not working in menu
-
When I add this parent category without any sub items underneath it in the menu, it can be clicked and will show all the posts from that parent category.
But when I add it in the menu with sub items underneath it (as it is now), the parent category cannot be clicked, only the subitems can be clicked in the menu.
But I want the parent category to be available as well (click and show all posts under that parent category). This is the parent category:

Hi @brugesvegan, sorry we missed this earlier (and thanks whoever added a modlook tag)
We’re taking a look now.

The original category link had fallen out of the “thoughts about” menu link. I wasn’t able to figure out what caused this, but in attempting to duplicate the issue, I found I was able to fix it.
If you see this again, please respond here with more information (did it happen after adjusting a category name, for example?) and we’ll dig in further.
Cheers!

Thanks for looking into it and fixing it!
PS: I have another question pending here since a couple of weeks: How to hide tags on category page. Can you also take a look please?

Hi brugesvegan,
This custom CSS can be pasted in to My Sites > Customise > CSS and should do what you are looking for:
.category .entry-tags { display: none; }If you need any further help, you’re welcome to reply here or start a chat :)
