parent child option not in attributes

I started this site recently to be a private site for my grandchildren to share their work. I am using the Twenty Eleven theme, which I’ve used before and like it for its straightfowardness. However, on this site, the parent-child option is not showing in attributes. I want to nest their pages under a single parent page.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi gerryewan, you’ll see a parent-child option on pages, but not on posts. Looks like you may have sorted that out, but I wanted to let you know you could also use posts instead, then put them under categories and subcategories if you’d like. That way people can get notifications of new work, and the newest stuff will show up on the posts page regardless of who made it, but they can also be neatly organized through menus if you’d like.
