Hi @kerryfortnam,
Can you share the URL/Link to the website you are referring? We can take it ahead from there.
Thanks!

Hi again,
Your site http://www.radofficesolutions.co.uk is a Self Hosted WordPress site(WordPress Software), and not a WordPress.com site. You can learn more about it here:
WordPress Com vs WordPress ORG
Your best way to get help is on the ORG support. If you don’t find the useful information, you might consider posting with details on the ORG forums. Here is the link to the WordPress.org support:

If you look at the site map (http://radofficesolutions.co.uk/sitemap/) which just contains the page list short code you can see that the ‘administration, payroll & bookkeeping’ page is a sub page to the services page. However, since adding the services page as a parent page they don’t display anything. The services page does have the child pages shortcode in the text but again this displays nothing!

I’ve actually just managed to fix it myself! Just by renaming the page to ‘our services’ as with the theme it came with a services module so think it was someone linked with that and therefore not returning any information. Yay! :)
