Parent field missing / Title location broken

I have noticed that in the last few days, the parent field is no longer available, where it has been before. Why is this?
Plus the title text is broken and is now positioned incorrectly, overhanging off the top of the main text box.
Neither of these issues have happened until very recently. Is there a problem with this template?

Just to add – previously the Parent field was available for each page under the Quick Edit options, but has only just recently stopped appearing. I haven’t changed any of the settings and the template I’m using did support this.

I found it! Parent problem fixed :)
Just the misaligned Title text still unresolved. Any suggestions please?
