  How do I add a Parent Page? Like “Home”, “About”. I want to add more Categories, to which I can add more articles.

  I am not a wp genius but you can add titles in the menu bar and when you put a title in that bar you can also make a parent by draging a menu item in another. Just try. It is not that difficult.
  Adding categories is also a feature.
  You can see the menu idea in canteclaer2.wordpress.com.

  If you want to add links to your categories in the top menu, you don’t add “parent pages”. You create a custom menu and add menu items to it – pages, categories, whatever. For details see this post of mine:
