Parent Page is private, why aren’t sub pages?
-
Hi all, I am also new to this forum.
I have a page on my blog called “presentation” and I want it to be private until I give a presentation on my blog.
This page has a number of sub-pages, which are the structure of my presentation.Problem is, when I make “presentation” a private page, the sub-pages still show.
Is there any other way to make the sub pages also private, other than clicking and editing each one?
My blog is http://greenlamesa.wordpress.com.
Thanks for any help

“Private” is an option in the page editor, so setting a page to private has nothing to do with the status of other pages.
But you CAN batch edit pages: Pages > Edit > select appropriate pages by clicking the little rectangles, click Bulk Actions and select Edit > click Apply, change Status, click Update Pages.

Thank you for showing me the option of doing this in a batch. It worked. many many thanks for taking the time to help someone.
