Parent Page Problems

I’ve made my About section a parent page, but the page I’d like to display underneath it is not visible to the reader. How do I fix this?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Edit the page you wish to have displayed underneath the About page, where it says Page Attributes, it’ll say Parent Page, simply click on the drop down menu, select “About” and save the page.

Thx I tried that and made sure to save/update, but still nothing. Could it be my theme?

The theme shouldn’t have anything to do with it.

An alternative is to create a custom menu.

    Dashboard > Appearance > Menus

Enter a menu name, it can be anything, it doesn’t matter. Click “Create Menu”

Select the pages you wish to add to the menu then click “Add to Menu”

Now you can move your pages in which order you want. Say if you want to move your Awards page to drop down from About, simply drag the Awards page towards the About page and it should go off centre. Once that’s done click “Save Menu” then under theme locations click the drop down menu, select the menu you’ve just created and click save.

Revisit your blog and you should be able to see the page you require drop down from the About page when hovering over it.
