Parent pages/pages

  I have a page on my menu entitled, “genealogy Information.” I set it up as a parent page with a page entitled, “Orting,” which dropped down when the former page was moused over. Selecting the Orting page worked fine. Now a blank space drops down and does not have the word, “Orting” in it, nor does it take the reader to that page. Any idea what changed? I did update the Orting page with new information, but didn’t change anything else as far as I know. How do I get it back working properly?

  Update: I got the title, Orting, to show up in the drop down, but clicking on it does not take you to the page.

  Are you using a custom menu? If so, go to Appearance > Menus, open and delete the current Orting item and add it anew from the Pages module.
