Parent/Child Blogs
-
Is it possible to setup parent/child relationships with blogs? I have a main blog – parent.wordpress.com. I want to keep the URL but move all the posts to a child blog called adventure1.wordpress.com. Then I would like to create a second child blog called adventure2.wordpress.com. My goal is to have a main blog with child blogs for each of my adventures (i.e. Each time I move out of the country). Each child blog will have its own theme. I am new to blogging so this may be a crazy notion but thought I would ask. Open to ideas and suggestions.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
You can’t create a parent/child relationship with blogs per se.
What you can do is create multiple blogs, then on your main blog (your “parent” one), create a blogroll that has all the links to your “child” blogs.
See instructions to create a blog roll here:

You can create 3 individual blogs. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then create a custom menu in the main blog.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/In that custom menu you can include custom links to the other blog(s).
