Parked Domain

  There was supposed to be an auto renew connected with my site that would prevent my site from being parked like this.
  My site is not open for traffic which is causing another problem.
  What needs to happen to resolve this issue?
  I received a email stating that a payment of $18 was due and when I clicked the link that was provided
  I received this message ‘Sorry, this user account does not own the product you are trying to renew.’

  What is the turn around time for getting this issue resolved?

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of creationofsociety.com?

  That domain already expired in January, and has since been removed from our system. You cannot renew that domain because it’s no longer in your account.

  Please confirm if that’s the domain, and I can help you get the process started to get it back.

  Additionally, please note that the domain can enter redemption at any time, at which point there will be an additional $80 fee to get it back, so the faster we get the process started, the better.
