Hi arsophe
I saw you have already add modlook tag to this thread. So staff will help you out on this.
Also,Can you please mention your domain name for which you need help so that staff can help you out directly with that domain?
Hope this helps.

Hi there,
Are you speaking of arkansassophe.org?
That domain was registered and cancelled within 24 hours. In this case that domain should be released towards the middle of next week, at which point you should be able to register it somewhere else.
We can also still restore the domain to your account, but there’s a couple things you need to be aware of:
1) As you’ve already been refunded for the plan you bought yesterday, you’ll need to pay for the domain again before we can restore it. We can send you a link via email to make that payment if you confirm that you want to go this route.
2) New domains cannot be transferred for 60 days after registration. This is not a WordPress.com restriction, but a rule that applies to any domain registered at any provider. So if we restore that domain to your account now, you won’t be able to transfer it to another provider until the end of July. There is no way to bypass this transfer lock.
Please confirm if you want us to send you a payment link and restore that domain to your account, or if you’re going to wait a few days for it to be released again.

I owned the domain http://www.arkansassophe.org on Homestead.com and transferred it to WordPress. I am not happy with some of the coding restrictions WordPress has and would like to release my domain back to Homestead for the time being.

If the domain was transferred to WordPress.com from a different registrar, does the timeline for the domain to drop still come into play? I thought that was just for newly registered domains.
-
@darciemg, hmm, good question. Our system shows the domain will be deleted tomorrow, but as this domain was transferred in that might fail.
@arsophe, if the domain is not released automatically I can restore it to your account. But you will not be able to transfer it back to Homestead for at least 60 days. As per ICANN rules, once a domain transfer completes the domain is transfer-locked for 60 days before it can be transferred again. We have no way to bypass that lock.In that case we can help you point the domain back to Homestead, but you will only be able to transfer it back around the end of July.
Please confirm if we should restore that domain to your account. You will still need to make payment again, as you won’t be losing the domain renewal you got from us as part of the transfer.

Oh, wait. I see you’ve bought a new Premium Plan, so I can restore the domain as part of that. Please confirm if I should go ahead with that.

Thanks for confirming. The domain is no back in your account.
To point the domain to Homestead we’ll need either their name servers, or their IP address(es). Please contact them for that info.
Once you have that, you make the necessary changes to your domain from My Site ->Manage ->Domains, as explained here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/
Note that you only need to do one of those two options. If you provide the necessary info to us we’re also happy to make the changes for you.
Lastly, while your new Premium Plan meant I could restore the domain for you without getting a manual payment first, you don’t need a plan with us if you’ll be pointing the domain to another provider.
I can cancel the plan again and give you a partial refund, so you only pay the $18 cost for the transfer and renewal of the domain. Please confirm if I should do that.

Yes, please. The name servers are:
NS1.MDNSSERVICE.COM
NS2.MDNSSERVICE.COM
NS3.MDNSSERVICE.COM
-
Thanks.
I’ve removed the Premium Plan and refunded $73, so you’ve now only paid the $18 for the domain. You should receive the refund within ten business days.
I’ve also added those name servers to your domain. It can take up to 72 hours for those to update, but then the domain will be pointed back to Homestead. Please check with Homestead support if you need to do anything else to reconnect the domain on their end.
