Parked Domain

  Hi there! I have a WordPress site of https://groundwaterguide.com/ which is showing a parked domain. Having read up on the parked domain info provided by WordPress, it suggested that my account had expired. However we paid up our annual subscription Feb 2021 so I’m confused why my domain got parked. The staging site still works fine.

  The chargeback fee for the domain was paid, since the domain’s owner filed a chargeback against the domain’s renewal https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/ rather than simply refunding it: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

  This cleared the chargeback penalty from the account, but the domain itself still has not renewed.

  We can proceed, but we will need to see the request from the account which owned the domain, which is not the account you’re currently logged in on.
