Parked domain

    Hello! Earlier this evening I deleted all my sites on WordPress, one of the sites had the domain williamheimdal.com. Afterwards, I purchased the same domain successfully on hostgator.com, and transferred it to WordPress in order to make a new and better website for my business. Now, after having done the basic setup, I’m unable to visit or edit the website, since when I go to the link ‘williamheimdal.com’ the screen shows ‘This domain is parked’. What do I do?

    Hey there @williamheimdal, it looks like you canceled the domain rather than transferring it. It has a few days of grace before it will go through a lengthy/expensive redemption process. We’re working on getting that unparked for you so you can properly transfer or connect the domain to your new provider, and we’ll update you here.
