Parked domain help

I upgraded my account to get a .com domain. After a few days, I decided WordPress wasn’t for me. I changed my domain and username, but now I can’t seem to access my old domain and it says it’s parked. How do I get this domain back?

It looks like you cancelled your domain, beanthebookworm.com, which means that you no longer own it.
If you still want to use that domain, please confirm and I can try to restore it for you. Then I can help you point it to another service and after 60 days you can transfer it away form us completely. Otherwise that domain won’t be available again until some time after it expires in January next year.

I’ve restored your domain and it’s active on your account again. Your original payment wasn’t refunded, so if you want to use the domain with your site here there is nothing more you need to do :)
If you want to use that domain with a different service, you’ll need to get either their name servers, or their IP address. Then you can use that to point the domain to the other service so you can connect it to your site on their end.
