"Parked" domain name

  Hi,

  I recently cancelled my domain name subscription because it was not linked to my main domain (.wordpress.com). Now, this domain name has been parked. Is there any way I could get it back, through my main domain this time ?

  Hey there,

  You canceled the domain within 5 days of registering it, so it should be available again soon. Once a domain name is deleted by the registry at this stage, it is immediately available for registration by any registrant through any Registrar, and that happens shortly after the 5 day grace period.

  We can immediately restore the domain for you within that 5 day period, but after that, we no longer have control over it. So, depending on where you want to register the domain (with us or elsewhere), you should decide ASAP on how you want it re-registered. Let me know if you would like me to restore it for you and I will send you a manual payment to repurchase the subscription.

  Thank you so much for explaining all of this!

  I would like to register “lesproblemes.co” as a replacement for my current domain name (lesproblemesmag.wordpress.com), and not as a secondary domain that would redirect to it. My understanding is that I could register for it through a yearly plan, is that correct ?

  Yes you can purchase a plan and include the registered domain into that plan:
