Parked domains and DNS issues

    I purchased a domain name from.wordpress and nestyconcern.com which I want to host on interserver. Unfortunately I can’t find the domain name among my list of domains. I mistakenly deleted the original website that the domain name was redirecting to initially. Now when I type the URL, it still shows that it’s a parked domain.. please help

    It looks like you’ve canceled the domain name, meaning you no longer own it.
    Please let us know which of these options works best for you:

    Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice and restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.

    Repurchase a Plan: To host your site here after all, buy a plan, skip the domain option, then update us here.

    Otherwise we have no estimate as to when or if that domain will be available for repurchase.

    Let us know which way you’d like to proceed.

    Okay. Send the invoice. Hope I’m not going to pay extra because I didn’t get a refund for the first one.

    Hi there!

    We’ve restored the domain for you. Since the original payment for the domain was not refunded, we ended up not needing another payment at this point to restore the domain.

    If you want to point the domain to another host, please ask them for their nameservers and then follow our guide here: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/

    After 60 days from the date of the registration, you can follow these steps to transfer the domain registration to another registrar: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

    Thanks so much for your assistance. However, the domain is still appearing as parked domain when I search it on browser. How do I get rid of this?

    Correct, your domain is “parked” because it’s not connected to any sites at the moment. You can however confirm the domain is in your account as well as manage it’s settings here: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/all/nestyconcern.com/edit/nestyconcern.com

    I can confirm that you domain appears to be using custom name servers and I am now able to see your interserver site if I visit nestyconcern.com
