This is the WordPress.com support forum and here we cannot install the JavaScript driven Google+1 widget into our blogs as the software strips the code out to preserve security on this multisuser blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
If you are referring to a self hosted WordPress.ORG install and are posting to the wrong support forum. Refer to > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

The nameservers for the domain you are asking about do not seem to point to WordPress.COM. You can’t change the code on WordPress.COM sites it is a security issue.
Are you domain mapping to WordPress.COM site? If so what is the base URL you are mapping to?
It appears that you are hosted and registered on Godaddy.com.
