Parse error- can't access blog

Sarahhuxford.com/blog is the site I’m trying to reach. It can’t be reached- I can’t even log into my blog. The full error is this:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ”des’ (T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE), expecting ‘)’ in /home/huxford715661/public_html/wp-includes/option.php on line 1823
So I know there is an error, but how do I even access anything to try to fix this? I don’t know anything about WordPress; this is the first time I’ve had problems with it, and I don’t know the first thing to do.

Hey there,
There are two different versions of WordPress. These are the support forums for WordPress.com, and sarahhuxford.com is using the self- hosted WordPress.org version. You can read about the differences here:

Hey thank you for your help. But when I try to log in to the WordPress.org forum, it says I have an invalid username/password. I’ve already reset my password and double checked it. But I can’t log in there. I was able to log in to this website though. I don’t know how to get help if I can’t log in.

You will need to create a WordPress.org account to post on the forums over there. It is not linked with WordPress.com.
