Parse Error – How Do I fix, if I cant Login?

  I got this error and now I can login to my admin to fix it. How do I fix it if I cant login? HELP!!!!

  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home1/rg3meter/public_html/analytics/wp-content/themes/twentytwelve/functions.php on line 26
