PARSE ERROR LINE 3… HELP!!!

HELLO ALL!!
i was attempting to add something to my Theme function section of my blog ( http://www.fitphatty.com ) and i did something very wrong. then i got this message… “
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘=’ in /home/ttruth/public_html/wp-content/themes/twentyten/functions.php on line 3″
i had to create another username and log in just to do this message. i am unable to log in with my old username, its saying it doesnt exist. can someone PLEASE tell me how to get fix this so that i can log in , change the problem and continue blogging!! Thanks everyone!!!!!! -
