Hi there,
I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your website. It is always frustrating.
Unfortunately, I think you found the wrong forum for your website. I noticed that it was built with the self-hosted version of the WordPress software, often called as WordPress.ORG. This forum is equipped to help WordPress.COM websites.
To clarify, there are several providers of WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your question as it lies outside of our system.
Your website is hosted on netregistry.net servers, and we are only able to help with sites hosted on WordPress.com servers.
