Parse error: syntax error

  Something happened last night while trying to edit the code for our site, and we’re getting the following error:

  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_LNUMBER in /home/content/00/11475300/html/wp-content/themes/highwind/framework/highwind-functions.php on line 198

  Now I can’t even get into the wp-admin site to fix anything. We are using WordPress with GoDaddy Hosting, if that matters.
