Parse Error: Syntax Error

  last night I was trying to update plugins on my website, now I am getting this error (Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/15/12453415/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-html-mail/includes/class-haet-mail.php on line 148). I have no way of logging into the admin site now and I am unable to access the wordpress account associated with this website. I believe I know the username for the correct wordpress account, but not the password and unable to reset it. Trying to go to the support page, it takes me to the login page which I don’t have. The website is http://www.langstoncountry.com. Any help trying to crack in to fix this code would be great.
