Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '.', expecting end of file in /wp-content/themes/sto

  I got this error, fixed it, and the error is still there. I’ve even tried uploading a fresh functions.php on to the server but it gives me the same error.

  If your site is being hosted with a 3rd party provider please post your issue to the WordPress.org forums. This forum is only for users who have their site hosted at WordPress.com.

  I would also advise to contact your hosting provider customer support as they will be more familiar with their system.

  Furthermore, you can take a look at the difference with WordPress.org and WordPress.com here.
