Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’, expecting ‘)’ in/home/on line 656

  The first problem is that if I try to see or log-in to my website i get the same problem error:

  “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’, expecting ‘)’ in /home/surfinsc/public_html/prepatent_prepartner/wp-content/plugins/send-users-email/admin/class-send-users-email-admin.php on line 656

  There has been a critical error on this website.”

  1. Now the funny thing is how do I enter to see “Line 656” if I can not see it because I do not have access to the site and more so to the lined program code?
  2. How do I try fixing this from the tools (Health) I have in a site I can not log-into it?
  3. This site has been without problems for years, automatically updated but not changed, without active new users’ registration and active forums, and only with a login option on the heading (I had reserved for myself)
