    Hello!
    Please help!
    My site has been down for a while. I talked to GoDaddy, who is the server, and they say its a coding problem. I know nothing about coding. And I do not know how to fix it. I am able to sign into WordPress but then after I have no clue where to go and what to do. Any help please?

    and this is what it says when you go to the page: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘/’ in /home/content/76/8835676/html/wp-blog-header.php on line 12

    Hey there, you’ve posted your question in the support forums for sites hosted by WordPress.com. Your above site mimundopreschool.com appears to be using the standalone WP software.

    Help for self-hosted sites using the standalone WP software can be found over athttps://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.

    WP and WPcom are entirely separate entities; you might want to read this to understand the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
