  How do I fix this?

  Hi there,

  Your site jonathanwilliam.com.au is not hosted by WordPress.com.
  It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress i.e WordPress.org

  This support forum assists users of WordPressdotcom hosted sites and the guidance provided here may not be relevant to WordPress.org sites hosted elsewhere.(e.g. Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.).

  If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the self-hosted WordPress.org:

  You could try deactivating the plugin which you updated and see if the error goes away. You need to contact the support of that plugin if deactivating that plugin remove the error.
