Part of refund not received (cancelled WP Business Plan)

    Hi! I just receive a refund from WP, however only part of it following cancelled WP Business Plan and transfer of our domain on Sunday.
    The refund total should be £268.65 (as automated payment sent 20 sept). The refund received was a little short, as I received today £256.44. Please could you check and amend?

    Hi there!

    I’m not showing either charge/refund of those amounts or billing dates on your account.

    I’m showing the £300 charge from September 18 was refunded in full on September 26.

    Is this for a different account/plan? If so can you let us know what the URL is of the site where you cancelled this plan? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
