Part of Rich Text Editor missing for Authors and Editors

    I run the website http://www.thegamersblog.com. I’ve noticed recently that for my users who are not administrators they are missing part of the rich text editor. For me I have 3 lines of options to use. With my authors the third line of options is missing and this includes formatting, font size and most importantly embedding video. This is a big deal because my users can’t add video to their posts and I’m sure not going to give every writer under the sun admininstrator access. Anyone know a fix for this issue.
