Partial credit from cancelation and take back domain name

  I want to understand why I received 48$ of credit when I cancel my 72$ order. Also, I want to use my domain name http://www.brasdroitstrategique.com . How should I proceid thank you

  The domain registration for brasdroitstrategique.com was included with your plan.

  You chose to keep the domain, which is why the refund was only partial.

  With that said, I’m not sure why the domain was also removed, that of course should not have happened.

  I have contacted our registrar partner, and we’ll let you know when we hear back, it may take up to 3 days.
