  I recently purchased an upgrade to pro, after reading that if I wasnt happy I could be fully refunded if I cancelled within the first few days. I was unhappy with the pro upgrade for the price it was as I didnt feel it was worth the money, nothing really changed that much, I still couldnt access pro themes etc, but only partially refunded half the price! Very confused and feeling a bit robbed after reading that I would be fully refunded if I wasnt happy. Please can I be fully refunded?? As I paid $99, have nothing to show for it and have only been refunded $53! Before this I was a very happy wordpress user, and as my blog grows, once I require extra space and if the upgrade offers more I may be happy to purchase it later. Thank you

  Pro implies a domain name registration which only has a 48 hour window for refunds (everything else is 30 days) –

  However – I have flagged this for the staff to review your account

  It looks like one of my colleagues has already refunded the full amount.

  The refund left our account today, and depending on your credit card provider, should appear on your statement within 10 days.
