Partial Refund

  Hi,

  I have purchased the premium then realised I needed wordpress.org and used another hosting service so I issued a refund 3 hours after making the purchase, why is that I only received a partial refund?

  I have read that this happened with other users as well, who managed to cancel their premium within 48 hours of purchase. Could I please get my full refund please?
