PARTIAL REFUND

    How do I get in contact to arrange for a full refund. I paid for a personal plan and then upgraded to a premium. I then cancelled and went to the free plan but only a partial refund was given to me. This was all done within an hour of signing up. Now I cannot find anywhere to make contact!?

    I’ve refunded the remaining £36 to you. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History if you need it:

    The money should reach your account 7-14 business days, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
