  I only got a partial refund for my personal plan. When do I get the rest?

  Hi istorya19,

  No problem, I’ve issued a refund for the remaining amount and there is a receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement but international refunds (outside of the US) can take a little longer — the money is on its way to you though.
