Partial Refund

    I missed the renewal email and my premium account was renewed, because my site was no longer needed i was not monitoring the email i created for it.

    I just cancelled my premium plan and my domain as well. I have no intend on keeping the site live or resurrecting it. Is it possible to get a refund? I know I am past the 30 days, but I thought my premium plan was running out in the end of November. I did not realize it renewed a month before the plan ran out. Is there any

    Hi there,

    I was able to still refund the Premium Plan for you, but the domain-portion of the payment cannot be refunded anymore, as we have already paid the registry for the domain’s renewal.

    If you want to keep the domain, thelostreborn.com, we can still restore it for you for the next couple of days. After that it will enter redemption at the registry and be deleted completely, at which point we won’t be able to restore it any more, and you might not be able to register this same domain again in future.
