Partial refund

    Hi,

    I cancelled my plan after only 1hr as it doesn’t have the features I need, and I only received a partial refund.

    What kind of scam is this.

    I would like a full refund as it has been cancelled even within the 96hr domain transfer timeframe

    Correct account: Yes

    I noticed the refund was partial because of the domain transfer that was still active. I’ve just refunded the rest of the amount. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
