  Hello I was trying to work in budling a website for our podcast. Since we went a different route I cancel the service. I purchase the yearly option since was cheaper and like I have the reminder of the year I am kindly requesting a partial refund. Can you help me with this?

  WordPress only refunds within 14 days of purchasing any year-based plan (no matter whether it is one, two, or three years).

  So if you have had the plan for more than 14 days there is no refund (partial or otherwise.)

  That is a first, most of the companies give back the reminder of the subscription
