Partial refund

    Hello,

    I just cancelled my domain (nordicillustration.com) and my registration within 48 hours from buying it, but now it seems (according to the receipt), that you will only refund 73€ from the 99€, which was the total amount. I understood, that if I cancel the domain within 48 hours as well, you should be able to refund the whole amount. So, why is the refund only partial? I hope you can fix this, as this was supposed to be the deal.

    The reason I wanted to cancel, was that I wanted to use wordpress.org instead of wordpress.com after all.

    Hello Laura,
    If you want to use your domain on a WordPress.org site, I suggest that you do not cancel it. If you cancel the registration you may have to wait a long time to regain the domain and it’s possible that you might not get it back at all.

    If you wish to have the full amount refunded, add “modlook” to the tags section of this forum thread and a staff member will assist.

    I actually already changed my domain, as it seemed pretty difficult to get the original one back or moved to the .org.

    Added “modlook” to the tags, and looking forward to their answer.
